New South Bridge

New South Bridge is a golf course community off Old Lennon Road in Bolivia, NC. Residents enjoy access to a 9-hole golf course, clubhouse, swimming pool, walking trails, and a boat and camper storage area. The community is also less than 20 minutes from taking a dip in the ocean at Oak Island and Holden Beach, and 15 minutes from healthcare.

Multiple builders have built homes in New South Bridge, including McKee Homes, H&H Homes, Hilla Builders, Wade Jurney Homes, D.R. Horton, and Hawks Nest Homes. With over 170 properties, that means there is a nice variety of home styles that range from 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,700 sq.ft.

Construction on homes in New South Bridge began in 2008 but didn't pick up speed until the 2010s. Properties include both 1- and 2-story floor plans with open concept and traditional layouts. So, whichever side of the fence you fall on, this is a good community to scout.
