The Park and The Creek at Willowick

Willowick is an established community located off Masonboro Loop Road in Wilmington, NC. Originally a Stevens Fine Homes community, construction began in 2009 in the section called The Park at Willowick. In 2015, after The Park was finished, construction on homes in The Creek at Willowick began.

Homes in The Park and The Creek are range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 3,700 sq.ft. with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 baths. All are 2-stories tall with vinyl siding, a 2-car garage, and a front porch. Some have Craftsman Style exteriors with tapered columns and decorative trim, as well as shaker style siding and stone accents. They sit on 1/3 acre lots and many have screened porches and fenced back yards.

The interiors of homes in Willowick have open floor plans where the living room, kitchen, and breakfast nook share the same space with a formal dining room near the front door. Features vary by home and may include a gas fireplace, granite countertops, 36” or 42” upper cabinets, a tile backsplash, laminate wood flooring, tile flooring, and a first-floor master suite with a separate garden tub and shower, and walk-in closet. Many floor plans included an additional room or two, such as a home office, media room, sunroom, and or general bonus room.
