Bayshore Marina

Bayshore Marina is a waterfront single-family and townhome community in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. Bayshore Marina's amenities highlight it as boating community with a boat ramp and deep water access marina. Many of the homes in the community has deeded boat slips, making them an excellent opportunity for anyone who is an avid boater. Most homes have deeded boat slips in the community, but those that don't are welcome to store the boat on their property. The homeowners' association has some rules and regulations regarding boat storage on property, but residents are otherwise able to do as they please.

Single-family homes in Bayshore Marina range from about 1,500 to 3,000 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, so a nice selection exists from which prospective residents can choose. Townhomes are equally diverse in their floor plans. Bayshore Marina townhomes measure from about 1,000 to 2,000 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each townhome has a front and/or back porch or patio, and some single-family homes have a similar layout. Many properties in the community are waterfront or water view, offering gorgeous landscapes of the Intracoastal Waterway and Chadwick Bay. The build year for townhomes is in the 1980s but proper upkeep has kept them in prime condition. Some owners have even added recent renovations and updates, creating truly stunning townhomes. Single-family homes can be newer with build years as recent as 2012.

In addition to boating access, Bayshore Marina also has plenty of other amenities. For townhome residents, their slightly higher HOA dues also include grounds and exterior building maintenance. However, all residents enjoy the benefit of private roads maintained by the HOA as well as the community pool and tennis courts.
