The Preserve at Morris Landing is a community located off Hardison Road in Holly Ridge, NC. Like its sister community,
Morris Landing Club, The Preserve is
not technically a water access community, but it is a short drive to the
public boat ramp at the end of Morris Landing Road.
Construction on homes in The Preserve at Morris Landing began in 2012 and have
been completed by a variety of builders, including 70 West, Legacy Custom Homes, St. Thomas Homes, D.R. Horton, and others. Homes range from 1,300 sq.ft. to 3,300 sq.ft. with 3-4
bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Lots range from .3 acres to over an acre.
The community has a variety of homes, but there are some commonly found features, including front porches, rear patios, open concept or transitional floor plans, foyers, fireplaces, pantries, wood or LVP flooring, and spacious master suites with trey ceilings. Wainscoting and additional molding is also common in the larger homes.

Marine Corp Air Station New River is 27 minutes away. The ocean at Surf
City and North Topsail Beach is just 12-15 minutes, and the closest entrance to the Holly Shelter Game Land (hunting, camping, and ATV trails) is 15 minutes away.
