Morris Landing Club

Morris Landing Club is a small community located off Hardison Road in Holly Ridge, NC. While this community is not technically a water access community, it is a short drive to the public boat ramp at the end of Morris Landing Road.

Construction on homes in Morris Landing Club began in 2014 and have been completed by a variety of builders, including, most recently, D.R. Horton. Homes range from 1,300 sq.ft. to 2,400 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Lots average .50 acres and fenced yards are common.

While the styles of homes vary with each builder, the homes do have a few common features. They have transitional or open concept floor plans with high ceilings, roomy master suites with walk-in closets, and covered porches or patios.  

Campe Lejeune is a 26 minute drive (back gate) and Marine Corp Air Station New River is 27 minutes away. The ocean at Surf City and North Topsail Beach is just 12-15 minutes. So, residents can enjoy all the coastal lifestyle has to offer.
