Though there are three public boat ramps on Topsail Island, they can often become crowded during peak times. Having a private dock, marina, and more leads to more time on the water for residents and less time fussing with loading and unloading.

The location of Queens Grant is almost unbeatable. Of course, it is waterfront property, but that isn't all. On Topsail Island, residents find fun local spots. Chains don't really make it onto the island because of the amazing diversity and options for local spots. Not to mention, further down is Surf City, which features a similar vibe with lots of local flavor but also has more recognizable names residents might want.
