The Terraces is a 76-home natural gas community off Highway 210 and Cornel Lane in Hampstead, NC. It’s a 3-minute drive to shopping and dining, and just 10 minutes to the beach at Surf City. The community shares amenities with The Arbors, which include a swimming pool, lake featuring a kayak/canoe launch, and an outdoor picnic and grilling area.

Houses in The Terraces are built by Windsor Homes. They range from 1,693 sq.ft. to 2998 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Floor plans are 1-story (plus a bonus room over garage), 2-stories, and 3-stories tall (with a walk-up attic space) and have open-concept and transitional layouts. Some of the homes have first-floor owner’s suites, others have all the bedrooms on the second floor. Formal dining rooms and second-floor loft areas are common. They also have plenty of optional features for enhancing the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
