Justice Farm

Justice Farm is an affordable home community in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. The community is separated into two subdivisions, Justice Farm and The Townhomes at Justice Farm. The former began in 2005 with the majority of these single-family homes being constructed in the next five years. The single-family homes are a traditional style with many ranch and coastal inspired homes. Square footage for each home ranges from about 1,100 to 2,300 square feet with 2 to 3 bedrooms and baths. This section of the community has 138 homes, many of which are located on cul-de-sac streets. The Townhomes at Justice Farm is the newer section, which started in 2016 with new townhomes still being built. They are just over 1,100 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The townhomes come with excellent features like flat panel cabinets with crown molding and decorative knobs, stainless steel appliances, and marble bathroom countertops.

Neither Justice Farm nor The Townhomes at Justice Farm have flashy amenities. Single-family homeowners don't have an HOA presiding over them, but townhome owners have an HOA to ensure the proper maintenance of all common areas, of which there are many. As the name implies, Justice Farm is built on what was formerly farm land. As such, developers have been careful to preserve as much of the surrounding greenery as possible. A large lake sits at the back of the community, and a nearby gazebo makes an excellent spot to sit. The HOA covers the maintenance of these plentiful green spaces and other common areas.

The community is about 10 minutes from the back gate of Camp Lejeune and 20 minutes from the Marine Corps Air Station New River, so it's a great location for military families. Not to mention, Sneads Ferry is a growing community with lots of local restaurants and other businesses.
