Throughout 2018, we are giving away gift cards to some of our favorite places in the Wilmington area. March’s giveaway was a gift card to Harbour Club Day Spa & Salon. The lucky winner was Kathy Alexander, which Melanie Cameron announced via Facebook Live (you can see past winners posted to the Official Rules page).
