Southport Meadows

Southport Meadows is a brand new community in the works for land located between Long Beach Road/ NC-133 and River Road
in Southport, NC. The project is helmed by the Timmons Group, a
national engineering and technology firm that has been in business since
1954. They originally submitted a plan for a 347-acre development in
this area but have since reduced it to 160 acres with 120 acres of open
space.

The project currently includes 128 single-family home lots
and 120 townhomes, as well as neighborhood sidewalks. Pulte Homes will be the builder in this community, and they anticipate a Fall 2025 launch.
