Surf Motel Suites (or The Surf Suites) is an oceanfront condo complex in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The most favorable thing about Surf Motel Suites is obviously the unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean, but there is so much more to love. Every unit was entirely renovated in 2003, putting in new upgrades and features. Each unit has one bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, basic cooking utensils, and place setting for four. A balcony also extends from each unit and is equipped with two chairs and a chaise lounge. The balconies face the Atlantic Ocean, because let’s face it, you’re not there to look at the houses behind you.

The amenities of Surf Motel Suites are equally top notch. Chief among them is the private freshwater pool overlooking the ocean, perfect for those not wanting the hassle of the salt or sand. Beside the pool are the sundeck and shaded gazebo. An onsite laundry facility is also available.

Many owners will utilize their condo as a rental with the help of Surf Motel’s 24-hour onsite rental management. The onsite management does everything required to keep residents condos in shipshape, tend to guests, and attract more guests. Surf Motel’s rental management covers all necessary advertising to bring in guests and takes care of them once they arrive.

Though Surf Motel’s location on the Atlantic Ocean is impressive enough, it also happens to be situated in a great spot in Wrightsville Beach. About halfway between Stone Street (the most active part of the island) and the south end, residents can choose a relaxed atmosphere or a more excited one.
