Shell Island Resort is a premier, oceanfront condo community located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Open to both year-round residents as well as visitors and tourists,  Shell Island Resort provides oceanfront living at its finest. Each condo is individually owned, but many are rented when their owners aren't using them. Plus the onsite homeowners' association manages the rentals, leaving owners and residents worry free. The units are identical in their layout with one bedroom, one and a half baths, balcony, spacious living room, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and blender. Each unit is 586 square feet.

Shell Island Resort is family-friendly and known for its abundance of amenities, the most obvious being private beach access. Wrightsville Beach's pristine sand is only a few steps away from the back door of Shell Island Resort. On your way out to the beach, you'll notice not one but two pools in the complex. There is one indoor and one outdoor pool, just in case a storm wants to ruin your perfect day soaking up the sun. In addition to the obvious water and other vacation activities, Shell Island Resort has its own restaurant and oceanfront lounge. The resort also features a business center and fitness center for the work and workouts that can't wait until you're home.

Although the amenities make everyone want to stay, Shell Island Resort is also in a terrific location. Located on the north end of Wrightsville Beach, it is on the more tranquil part of the island. However, it isn't too far from the other end that residents can't enjoy that side before returning to the relative calm of Shell Island. Additionally, Shell Island Resort is only a short drive over the Wrightsville Beach Bridge from Wilmington, which has its own collection of fun shopping, dining, and entertainment.
