Duneridge Estates

Duneridge Estates is a premier oceanfront community in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Adjacent to Duneridge Resort—a condominium community—Duneridge Estates is a community of single-family homes. The beauty of the oceanfront and ocean view properties in Duneridge Estates is well-documented. The gorgeous luxury homes are nestled in a private enclave, tucked away on the north end of Wrightsville Beach. Most restaurants, shops, hotels, motels, and public accesses are located in the middle and at the south end of the island. Duneridge Estates residents have the luxury of being able to retreat from the noise and return home to a more tranquil environment.

Although a tight-knit community, Duneridge Estates isn't actually incorporated under a homeowners' association. That means that residents have much more freedom to do as they please with their property. Though the lack of an HOA results in no additional amenities, these luxury homes have more than enough features and amenities to satisfy residents. The homes sit on large enough lots that many have had pools installed or still have room for installation. Additionally, there are three beach accesses near Duneridge Estates—one on either edge of the community and one in the middle. Several properties also have private beach accesses extending from their backdoor.

Aside from the obvious position along the coast, Duneridge Estates has an excellent location. Residents have easy access to the activities, dining, and attractions of Wrightsville Beach such as fishing on Johnny Mercer's Pier or having a drink at Lagerheads Tavern. Wilmington sits on the other side of the Wrightsville Beach Bridge with its own long list of entertainment options. Incorporated in 1739, Wilmington has amassed a long history and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Much of it is concentrated in the brick-lined streets of downtown, but the rest of the city has plenty of both and new shops from which to choose.
