Wildflower is a small established community located on Fitzgerald Drive in Wilmington, NC. It borders Kings Grant and Crestwood, communities with homes of a similar size. Because these communities are connected, residents have the ability to access N. College Road and Market Street, two main roadways for reaching dining and shopping in Wilmington. Conveniently, Wildflower is a short drive to Wrightsville Beach.

Homes in Wildflower were built primarily in the 1980s and 1990s. They range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 2,200 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 1-3 baths. Some homes do not have a garage, some have 2 spaces, but most have a 1-car garage. But what really makes this community appealing is the size of its lots (.3 - .6 acres), its mature landscaping, and an absence of a homeowners' association.
