In Development! Trusthouse is a new townhome complex planned for the corner of Bladen Street and N. Fourth Street in the Brooklyn Arts District of Wilmington, NC. Developed by Trusthouse Investments, Inc., there will be 3 buildings, each two-stories tall, consisting of seven 3-bedroom units total. The 2 buildings facing Bladen Street have been approved and construction is expected to begin May/June 2019. The builder, Dave Spetrino of Plantation Building Corp., is locally known for creating beautiful, well-built townhomes and custom homes in multiple communities throughout southeastern North Carolina, including RiverLights, Brunswick Forest, and Autumn Hall.

Residents of Trusthouse Townhomes will be located within walking distance to the Goat & Compass, Brooklyn Cafe, The Foxes Boxes, The Red Eye Bakery, and Edward Teach Brewing, as well as Brooklyn Arts Center, which plays host to concerts, expos, festivals, and other events throughout the year.
