Tidalwalk

Tidalwalk is a waterfront gated community located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Wilmington, North Carolina. This unique neighborhood boasts nearly a quarter-mile of private sandy beach, as well as Green Turtle Hammock, the community's private island. Near the private beach and island stands a 150' fishing pier with a gazebo. A private day dock and available boat slips make Tidalwalk a boater's paradise

The landlubbers shouldn't fear though. Tidalwalk also has a zero-entry pool, cabana, clubhouse, fitness center, and some gorgeous views still visible away from the water. Sidewalks also traverse throughout the community, providing residents with safe and easy trails to amenities or one another's house. Golf carts are also welcome and plenty of residents take advantage of the ease they bring.

Two beautiful sub-communities comprise Tidalwalk—Hammocks and Beaches. Hammocks consists of cottages and townhomes, while Beaches has single family homes. These are mid-range to luxury priced homes with custom and semi-custom floor plans. The most expensive properties possess views of the marsh and ICWW near the back of the community. No matter the property, each has been designed to feel like a relaxing coastal retreat. Only quality materials and features are used when constructing the homes, ensuring residents get the most out of them.

Tidalwalk is located near the southern end of Wilmington and is actually outside the city limits. The location conveniently exempts residents from paying city taxes. Residents have a plethora of options for attractions near the community. Less than ten minutes from Carolina Beach, residents have quick and easy access to the popular Carolina Beach Boardwalk. In the opposite direction, Tidalwalk residents will find themselves in Monkey Junction. What used to be an area with a stoplight, gas station, and Piggly Wiggly has grown into a thriving commercial area with both local and chain businesses. Further up the road, residents will enter the heart of Wilmington where even more shops and dining are available.
