The Villas at Coral Ridge is an established community off Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington, NC. Filled with cottage and beach style homes, the community reflects the area's coastal landscape. Sidewalks run throughout Coral Ridge and residents have access to a community pool. It's also less than 10 minutes from Carolina Beach and 5 minutes from grocery shopping and dining. Trash removal and yard maintenance is included in the homeowners' association fees.

Many of the homes have front porches and rear patios and decks. They range from 1,012 sq.ft. to over 2,000 sq.ft. with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. The home interiors are open concept and may include 9ft+ ceilings, granite counters, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, pantries, and master suites with walk-in closets and dual-sink vanities.

Some of the homes are built on pilings and have parking spaces located in the carports below. Others have driveway and onsite parking. Garages are rare but a few do exist within the community. For the homes with onsite parking, they have 2 assigned parking spaces.
