The Villages at Plantation Landing (Plantation Landing Townhomes) is a community off Plantation Landing Drive in the Porters Neck area of Wilmington, NC. The 7.97 acre community is has 11 buildings with 48 townhomes and sidewalks/pedestrian easements. It was built by Mungo Homes, a reputable builder based out of South Carolina that has built in multiple communities in our area.

All the townhomes are energy efficient with water-saving plumbing fixtures, high-grade insulation, tankless gas water heaters, separate HVAC systems, and LED lighting throughout. The exteriors have fiber cement siding and fiberglass architectural shingles. At the rear of each unit is a covered patio.

The interiors feature luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main living areas, ceramic tile in all baths and laundry room, and carpet elsewhere. The kitchens have flat panel birch cabinets with crown molding, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and GE stainless steel appliances.
