The Reserve is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. The Reserve has both single-family cottages and townhomes (marketed separately as The Townes) that were built by D.R. Horton in 2017 and 2018. The single-family homes range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 2,400 sq.ft. and have 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. They ave open floor plans with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, granite counters, high ceilings, pantries, walk-in closets, and deluxe master suites. The townhomes have 1-car garages and range from 1,400 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They have open floor plans and features include granite counters, maple cabinets, pantries, 9ft ceilings, vaulted ceilings, and spacious master suites. The larger units have volume ceilings, lofts, and 1st-floor masters. At the rear of the townhomes are patios.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
