The Home Place is a new "retirement smart" community from Premier Homes in Wilmington, NC. It's located off Beasley Road in the Masonboro area and has been designed to fit the needs of active retirees. Consisting of just 26 home sites, The Home Place features single-story duplex homes with oversized hallways and doors, raised vanities, and oversized master bath walk-in showers.
