The Gardens

The Gardens is a condo community off S. College Road in Wilmington, NC. At its center is a beautiful pond with a gazebo. Six of the buildings overlook the pond, including the community’s clubhouse, which has a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. The additional two buildings have partial views from across the street.

The complex has lots of greenspace, including a dog walk. Tucked in the corner is a retention pond that provides some relaxing views in addition to the large pond at the center of the property. There’s also a nice sidewalk that wraps around the central pond and connects to the buildings and parking lot.

The original condo buildings were built in 2007 and 2008. In 2015 and 2016, additional units were constructed. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and range from 1,027 sq.ft. to 1,080 sq.ft. They have open floor plans with laundry rooms, eat-in kitchens, and large masters. Some have been updated with wood flooring or laminate wood flooring, while tile is common in the kitchens. Each unit has a balcony or covered porch and assigned parking spaces.
