Spring Creek Estates

Spring Creek Estates is an established waterfront community located off Edgewater Club Road in Wilmington, NC. There are roughly 30 homes in this community, all custom-built. About 10 of the homes are located on the water and have beautiful views of Pages Creek. Most of those have private docks and tidal water access.

Construction began in the 1980s and continued through the 2010s. The main road is paved but closer to the water the road is gravel. All of the lots are well over half an acre and quite deep. The homes are also surrounded by lots of mature trees providing an exceptional amount of privacy.

All of the homes are over 2,000 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Most have at least a 1-car garage and a cement driveway. Due to the large span of building years, there's a variety of finishes, materials, and floor plans, including both traditional and transitional. Front porches, multiple fireplaces, lofts, vaulted ceilings, and spacious master suites are all popular features. Some of the more uncommon details include large custom decks, private ponds, unique nooks, custom windows, and workshops.

Spring Creek Estates is minutes from the Porters Neck Country Club and Golf Course and the Eagle Point Golf Club. It's also a short drive to shopping, dining, and healthcare in the Porters Neck area of Wilmington. Wrightsville Beach is a 20 minute drive and downtown Wilmington is about 27 minutes.
