Shinnwood Townes

Shinnwood Townes is a new townhome community from Level Homes and Windsor Homes off Greenville Loop Road in Wilmington, NC, minutes to Wrightsville Beach and an even shorter drive to shopping and dining. The finished community will have a total of 21 townhomes, all built by Windsor Homes, with an estimated build time of 6 months per building. Each home will include a professionally engineered roof and floor system on the second floor, smoke detectors for safety, an in-wall pest defense system, a first-year comprehensive warranty from Windsor, and a transferable 10-year warranty through a third-party company.

There are two floor plans to choose from that are basically the same except for the exterior elevation (roof line). While the exterior colors of each floor plan are already chosen to maintain the overall aesthetic of the community, there are lots of opportunities to personalize each townhome. Some of the features buyers have already chosen include fireplaces, screened porches, hardwood stairs instead of carpet, upgraded kitchen cabinets, floor outlets, and recessed lighting. 

Standard features include: smooth 9′ ceilings (first floor), 36″ white cabinets with crown molding (per plan), granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, cultured marble vanity tops, a 5′ walk-in tiled shower in the master, ceramic tile flooring, brushed nickel door hardware, stain resistant carpet in bedrooms, and a choice between engineered hardwood, quality LVP, or laminate flooring in the main living areas. At the rear of each townhome will be a 8′ x 6′ patio with a vinyl privacy fence between units. Plus, there are multiple energy efficient features, including a 50 gallon water heater and 14 SEER Carrier heat pump.
