Porters Crossing is a small established community off Porters Neck Road in Wilmington, NC. Consisting of primarily open concept homes with front yard maintenance provided by the homeowner’s association, this neighborhood is known for being relatively low maintenance. It also has an in-ground swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a playground for residents to enjoy.

The homes in Porters Crossing are 1 and 2-stories tall, and were built between 2006 and 2015. They have a mix of brick and vinyl siding with stone accents, and some have Craftsman Style elevations. The main living areas and master suites tend to be on the first floor, and all have attached 2-car garages. Plus, many of the 1-story homes have finished rooms over their garages.
