Planters Walk

Planters Walk is a small community on Putnam Drive in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. The community sits between Ogden Park and Jacobs Ridge. It's also within walking distance of the Ice House and a short drive to shopping and dining.

There are about 120 homes in Planters Walk. They range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Most of the homes were built between 1995 and 1997 and have a similar Transitional layout with a vaulted ceiling in the living room and a vaulted or trey ceiling in the master bedroom. There are a few open-concept homes with a courtyard style garage.

Common interior features include fireplaces, hop-up breakfast bars, eat-in kitchens, vinyl and laminate flooring, and carpet in the bedrooms. Common exterior features include fenced back yards and concrete patios. However, keep in mind that some homeowners have made improvements since construction and finishes vary.
