Pacific Place is a new community located on Pacific Road off Greenville Loop Road in Wilmington, NC. It's being built by Chris Blanton of Blanton Custom Homes. The community will have 39 homesites ranging from .16 to .23 acres and multiple recreational areas throughout. A large retention pond will sit at the back of the community where it borders Summerwalk.
The base price of floor plans in Pacific Place start in the upper $400,000s and go to the upper $600,000s. They range from 2,300 sq.ft. to 3,385 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-4 baths, and two-car garages. Optional features vary by floor plan and may include a bonus room or finished third floor. Exterior features include a covered porch and/or screened porch, plus the choice of Hardie siding or brick veneer. Each home will have a landscape package with irrigated and sodded yards. The interior of each home will include quality standard features, including 10' ceilings on the main floor, 2-piece crown molding and capital headers on windows in main common areas, trey and coffered ceilings (per plan), oak finished stair treads, luxury vinyl plank flooring in common areas, granite countertops, 42" kitchen cabinets with soft close features, a kitchen tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room. In addition to the standard common areas and bedrooms, floor plans may also include a sunroom or study.
