Oyster Point is a waterfront community off Edgewater Club Road in the Porters Neck area of Wilmington, NC. The community entrance road, Oyster Point Drive, is mostly wooded and winds its way along the waterfront providing glimpses of the marsh and nature. The area is beautiful and a short drive from prestigious Figure Eight Island.
There are less than 50 homes in Oyster Point. Most were completed during the late 1980s and early-1990s and all were custom built. Many are waterfront (creek and pond), but don't have private piers. The community features a dock with assigned boat slips, built at the best access point for the area. There's also a small park with a play set, fire pit, and picnic tables.
