Maple Ridge

Maple Ridge is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Construction in this Stevens Fine Homes community began in 2017. It consists of just 30 homesites and features floor plans from their Craftsman series. Most of the homes are 2-stories tall, but there are a few 1-story or 1-story with a finished room over the garage. The 2-tone exteriors with stone accents provide nice curb appeal and all homes are located on 1/3 acre lots.

Homes range from 1,800 sq.ft. to 3,200 sq.ft. with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. The interiors have open floor plans with great rooms, breakfast nooks, formal dining rooms, home offices, media rooms, lofts, and family rooms, depending on the size of the home. Other features include solid wood cabinetry, laminate wood flooring, granite countertops, trey ceilings, and large master suites with double vanities, walk-in closets, tubs, and separate showers. All of the homes are built to be energy-wise so owners can rest assured that their monthly costs for utilities will be reasonable.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
