Kaylies Cove is a new Bill Clark Homes community located off Piner Road in the Monkey Junction area of Wilmington, NC. This is a great central location, just minutes to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Right across the street from the main entrance is Myrtle Grove Middle School. Concerned about traffic? Don't worry, it's nothing out of the norm for Wilmington and the school has an incredibly efficient system for getting kids dropped off and picked up.
For boating enthusiasts, Masonboro Yacht Club and Marina, and the Trails End public boat ramp, are just 5 minutes. Carolina Beach State Park is 15 minutes away, as well as Carolina Beach, where you can charter a fishing boat or fish off the pier. The town also has festivals and events throughout the year.
Bill Clark Homes has been building homes in the Wilmington area for over 40 years. Their properties are backed by a 10-year builder's warranty and have proven time and again to be a great company to work with. They're very customer oriented and have a full team of professionals to maintain quality control during and after construction. Their customer service and accountability has generated repeat customers throughout the years.
In Kaylie's Cove, there are 10 floor plans starting in the upper $200s. Bill Clark Homes' prices start a little higher than some other communities, but they include a generous amount of features and finishes. That means you're less likely to spend $20,000 during the design process to make the home comfortable for you. They also include a full stainless steel appliance package with a fridge with each newly-built home.
The floor plans are spacious and open, and range from 2,600 sq.ft. to 3,200 sq.ft. Some of the features you will find in this community include low-maintenance fiber cement siding, 5 inch wood laminate flooring, crown molding, decorative wood paneling, granite countertops, 42" kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, luxurious master suites, walk-in closets, walk-in storage areas, mudrooms, bonus rooms, and more. They also offer a security system and speaker system throughout the home, if you so choose. Fenced back yards are also allowed. Different specs are required if the home is located near one of the community ponds.
Each floor plan allows home buyers the option to customize to their own family's needs and lifestyle. Options depend on the floor plan, but may include adding a fireplace, choosing a different kitchen layout, or adding a sunroom, bedroom, bath, storage room, or an additional completed floor (where space is available). Buyers can also choose their own finishes, paint colors, hardware, etc. So, while you may choose the same floor plan as another family, your home won't look the same.
Kaylies Cove is a great community for those concerned about living amidst construction. Lots are selling quickly, and they don't foresee construction going on past 2019. If you're interested in this community or any others being developed by Bill Clark Homes, contact the Cameron Team today.
