Jacobs Ridge

Jacobs Ridge is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. This section of West Bay is one of the largest in the community. It's comprised of patio style homes, many with an attached 1-car garage or carport. Most of the homes have vinyl siding, but there are a few with brick or stone accents. They were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and range from 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,600 sq.ft. with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings are common in the main living areas, and floor plans include both transitional and open-concept layouts. These homes are in all stages of updating and buyers will find a variety of fixtures and finishes, including wood flooring, laminate wood flooring, tile flooring, granite countertops, etc. All of the homes have fenced back yards and a side or rear patio.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
