Huntington Forest

Huntington Forest is an established community located in an area between Carolina Beach Road and River Road in Wilmington, NC. It has around 150 homes and most of them were built in the 1980s and 1990s. Lots range from .25 to almost a full acre with many featuring beautiful mature trees. Homes range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 2,600 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. 1-car garages are common, but there are homes with other parking conditions.

The community of Huntington Forest does not have amenities (nor a homeowners’ association), but it is in a central location that makes it convenient for accessing the dining and shopping in the Monkey Junction area (Carolina Beach Road and S. College Road intersection) and activities at Carolina Beach. Downtown Wilmington is also a straight shot up U.S. Route 421/Carolina Beach Road.
