Holly Field is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Construction of the community began in the early 2000s and features 1-story patio homes with 2-car garages and light colored vinyl siding. The floor plans are transitional, which means they are more open than traditional floor plans but not quite fully open concept. Vaulted ceilings, laminate wood flooring, tile flooring, carpet, fenced back yards, and covered patios are all common features. These homes are popular with buyers looking for low-maintenance living because the homeowners association handles yard maintenance.

We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
