Green Meadows

Green Meadows is an established community located off Market Street in Wilmington, NC. It features brick homes, many of them 1-story tall, dating as far back as the 1940s, though most were built in the 1960s and 1970s. Throughout the years, several have been updated, because buyers are attracted to the large lots, which new construction homes usually don't include.

Homes in Green Meadows range from 890 sq.ft. to 2,300 sq.ft. with 2-5 bedrooms and 1-5 bathrooms. Some of the older homes did not originally have garages, so it's common to see detached garages built on those properties while newer homes have attached garages. For homes with garages, the number of parking spaces vary from 1-4.

Green Meadows is very convenient to Mayfaire Town Center, Wrightsville Beach, and downtown Wilmington. It also borders Blair Elementary School and Noble Middle School, which makes it easy for kiddos and neighborhood teachers to walk to school.
