This community has around 38 homes built in the early 2000s and consists of a single street that ends in a cul-de-sac. Lots are a quarter to half-an-acre in size and most of the homes are 1-story with a finished room over the garage. Each home has a front-facing two-car garage, covered porch, and a mix of brick and vinyl on its exterior.
