Garlington Heights

Garlington Heights is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Originally a Stevens Fine Homes community, most of the homes were constructed between 2007 and 2013, and are positioned on 1/3 to 1/4 acre lots. Both 1 and 2-story homes can be found here. All have garages and either vinyl or brick (tan and red) exteriors. Floor plans include transitional, fully open-concept, and split-bedroom layouts. They range from 1,200 to 2,300 square-feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, trey ceilings, fireplaces, walk-in closets, soaking tubs, separate showers, screened porches, and F.R.O.G.s are all common features. Some of the lots back up to water which means some homes have pond views.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
