Farrington Farms is an established community off Gordon Road in Wilmington, NC. It's located a short distance from Ogden Park, Polar Ice Skating Rink (formerly Ice House Skating Rink), and Lewis Nursery and Farm. It's also convenient to Mayfaire Town Center and Wrightsville Beach.

Homes in Farrington Farms were built between 1995 and 2005 and range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 2,730 sq.ft. with 2-5 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 1-2 car garages, though most have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Their exteriors are primarily vinyl siding with fenced back yards and patios.
