Fairfield Park

Off of George Anderson Boulevard in Wilmington, North Carolina, Fairfield Park is a quiet community developed in the early 2000s. Large ponds and green spaces dot the community's landscape in addition to beautiful tree-lined streets and patches of woods. Most streets end in cul-de-sacs, cutting down on potential traffic through the community. Sidewalks are in abundance, a feature of which many area residents take advantage.

1-story brick townhomes stand near the community's entrance, ranging from 1,300 to 1,500 square-feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths. They have attached 2-car garages and paved driveways for parking. Monthly HOA dues cover professional front yard landscaping and exterior maintenance, making these an ideal choice for low-maintenance living.

Further inside the community are brick patio homes ranging from 1,900-2,700 square-feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2-5 baths. Some include a finished room over the garage, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan, but all have their own unique combination of interior features like hardwood floors, walk-in closets, crown molding, and more.

At the back of the community is a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis court. Residents find a final cluster of smaller townhomes back here. They do not include garages, and residents sharing a parking lot and having assigned spots. Their smaller size makes them a lower cost option. That being said, their location within walking distance of the community amenities is actually better than the larger patio and townhomes.

Currently, Fairfield Park falls within the Pine Valley Elementary School, Williston Middle School, and New Hanover High School District.
