English Moor

English Moor is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Construction of the community began in the 1990s and is made up of mostly brick ranches with some homes with lap siding mixed in. They have primarily traditional floor plans ranging from 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Foyers, fireplaces, wood flooring, galley kitchens, and trey ceilings are all common features. You'll also find a good number of finished rooms over the garages.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
