Elk Run is a small established community off Beasley Road in Wilmington, NC. Just 15 residences call this subdivision home and all are located on a single cul-de-sac street. Some are situated on elevated lots. All are surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

Built in the late 1980s and early 1990s, home styles include Colonial, Cape Cod, and the ever-popular ranch. Brick and horizontal lap siding are common exterior finishes, and attached garages, most front-facing, are popular. The floor plans are just as varied, but Traditional appears most often. They range from 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 1,600 – 2,600+ sq.ft., each property in its own stage of updating.

Home owners in Elk Run have the benefit of being just 2 minutes from dining and 4 minutes from area shopping. Hugh MacRae Park is 5 minutes away and Pine Valley Golf Course is 7 minutes away. The public boat ramp at Trails End is also 7 minutes away, and those who just want to stick their toes in the sand and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views can do so at Wrightsville Beach, which is 17 minutes away. Add all these great area amenities to a popular school district, and one will find it hard to argue that this isn’t an excellent location.
