Cypress Village

Cypress Village is a high-density single-family home community located at 6724 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington, NC. This is close to the intersection of Carolina Beach Road and Myrtle Grove Road, and is being developed by Herrington Homes, who has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry and has built in many quality communities in the Wilmington area, including Autumn Hall, Landfall, Porters Neck Plantation, and River Bluffs.

Spanning 6 acres, Cypress Village will feature two-story homes on 36 homesites. They’ll start in the mid-$200,000s and range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 2,400 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, and 1-2 car garages. All will have cottage style trim, open floor plans, and main living areas located at the back of the home. While bedrooms are located primarily on the second floor, one of the plans does provide an optional first-floor master suite.

Homes in Cypress Village have low-maintenance vinyl siding with aluminum trim, vinyl board porch ceilings, and architectural roof shingles. Each home also has a pre-designed landscape package with sod and irrigation. Interior standard features include 9’ ceilings, 42” stained kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring (entire 1st floor), carpet in bedrooms, vinyl flooring in second floor bathrooms, 36” raised vanities with cultured marble countertops, brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, a 50-gallon hybrid electric hot water heater, and multiple energy-efficient features to help keep your utility bills low.

October 2019: The final site plan, HOA, and amenities are being finalized. The original includes sidewalks and a garden walking trail that will wind around the existing live oaks. The mailboxes and a community potting shed are also located near the front of the community.
