Country Club Pines

Country Club Pines is a small community on Oleander Drive in Wilmington, NC. It's located across the street from the Cape Fear Country Club and a short bike ride to the River to Sea Bikeway, which follows the same path of the Historic Beach Car Line that took riders from downtown Wilmington to Wrightsville Beach. It's also very convenient to shopping and dining in Midtown Wilmington.

Construction of homes in Country Club Pines began in the 1920s with most of the lots built out by the end of the 1980s. A few homes were built in the 2000s, but this is primarily a neighborhood of older homes. Many of them have been renovated, but still have the charming characteristics of their decade, and are surrounded by mature trees and lush landscaping.

Homes range from 1,200 sq.ft to 5,600 sq.ft. with 2-5 bedrooms and 1-5 bathrooms. Most of the homes are located on one-third of an acre and have an alley access. Garages are usually the detached variety and homestyles range from 1950 bungalows to luxury Colonials.
