Congleton Farms

Congleton Farms is a new community from Mungo Homes located off Myrtle Grove Road on Lt. Congleton Road in Wilmington, NC. Mungo Homes is known for consistent quality construction and has received numerous awards, including "America’s Best Builder" from Builder Magazine. They were also named "National Green Advocate of the Year" in 2012 by the National Association of Home Builders. They've built in a number of communities in our area, including Middle Sound Village and Park West at Brunswick Forest.

Mungo has 13 floor plans to choose from in Congleton Farms. They range from 1,910 sq.ft. to 3,904 sq.ft. with 2-6 bedrooms, 2-4.5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages. 1 and 2-story options are available, all with open floor plans and charming features, like arched doorways, coffered ceilings, trey ceilings, wainscoting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and crown molding (all features are per floor plan). Many of the homes have optional spaces and extra rooms, including formal rooms, flex spaces, butlers' pantries, lofts, pet pads, offices, sunrooms, etc.

The floor plans have a variety of exterior elevations that include fiber cement siding, stone accents, decorative accents, and optional side-entry garages. They also include outdoor living spaces (patios, decks, and covered porches). Plus, they install professional landscaping, including sod. There is so much to love about these houses, especially if customizing a home to your lifestyle needs is of utmost importance.

Congleton Farms is less than 10 minutes from a public boat ramp. It's also just minutes to shopping and dining on Carolina Beach Road. Future community amenities include a swimming pool and clubhouse.
