Clearwater Preserve

Clearwater Preserve is a residential community off Gordon Road in Wilmington, NC. This 66 single-family home community is located outside of Wilmington city limits (lower taxes!) and provides easy access to I-40. It’s just a 12-minute drive to Mayfaire Town Center and The Forum, and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Therefore, there are plenty of options for shopping, dining, and enjoying North Carolina’s moderate climate.

Homes in Clearwater Preserve were built by Logan Homes and H&H Homes, both reputable builders who specialize in residential construction that boasts energy efficiency and quality standards that uphold the value of the homes for years to come. The homes in this community include Coastal and Southern styles that are popular with buyers in our area. Homes begin in the mid-$200s and range from 1,500 to 3,500 square-feet with 2-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. The lake includes a launch for kayaks and canoes, and catch-and-release fishing is allowed with a valid license. Attached to the park is a nature preserve where visitors can spy on local wildlife. It has an additional mile of walking/biking (non-motorized) trails.
