Clearwater Preserve is a residential community off Gordon Road in Wilmington, NC. This 66 single-family home community is located outside of Wilmington city limits (lower taxes!) and provides easy access to I-40. It’s just a 12-minute drive to Mayfaire Town Center and The Forum, and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Therefore, there are plenty of options for shopping, dining, and enjoying North Carolina’s moderate climate.
