Chesney Place

Chesney Place is a residential subdivision located in West Bay Estates in the Ogden area of Wilmington, NC. Homes in Chesney Place consist of primarily ranch homes with low-maintenance vinyl siding, front-facing garages, and open and semi-open layouts. Construction on homes here began in the late 1990s and continued into the early 2000s. They range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 2,300 sq.ft. with 2-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Common features include fireplaces, wood flooring and vaulted ceilings in the living room, as well as master suites with walk-in closets and tile flooring in the bathrooms. Many homes have fenced back yards and patios or decks.

It's important to note that some areas of West Bay Estates will be affected by the Military Cutoff Road Extension project. You can review all information for this project, including aerial maps, on the NCDOT website. We highly recommend that you check every property of interest against these maps, especially if you wish to avoid road noise. When viewing the maps, the diagonal red lines are the properties that will be affected by road noise.
