Canby Oaks is a new Stevens Fine Homes community off Masonboro Loop Road in Wilmington, NC. This small community has just 17 lots ranging from 1/4 – 1/3 acre and Coastal Craftsman style homes with front porches and attractive interiors. All the home plans are two-stories tall with open floor plans, formal dining rooms, laundry rooms, and bonus rooms (varies with floor plan), including media rooms, lofts, offices, sunrooms, and arts and crafts rooms. They range from 2,560 sq.ft. to 3,274 sq.ft. with 4-6 bedrooms, 3-3.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Most of the homes have 1st-floor master suites and optional screened porches. Additionally, there are some features to help suit different lifestyles, including floors plans with multiple suites, conditioned storage rooms, drop zones, nooks with window seats, and spacious master bedrooms with sitting areas, oversized walk-in closets, and his/her walk-in closets.

There are no neighborhood amenities in Canby Oaks. However, it’s minutes from the intersection of Carolina Beach Road and College Road where there’s a variety of businesses and dining options. It’s also less than 15 minutes to Carolina Beach, where residents can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and festivals throughout the year.
