Belmar Forest is a small established community off Harris Road in Wilmington, NC. It’s located within walking distance of Smith Creek Park, which has a walking trail, playground, picnic area, and lake for kayaking and catch-and-release fishing. The community is also a convenient drive to shopping, dining, and Wrightsville Beach.

Homes in Belmar Forest were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. They include a variety of 1 and 2-story floorplans with traditional and open layouts. They range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 2,900 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Most of the lots are around .25 acres and positioned on cul-de-sac streets.

Formal dining rooms, living rooms with fireplaces, kitchens with breakfast areas, and master suites with tubs and separate showers are all common features found in this community. Buyers may also see vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, sunrooms, and finished rooms located over the garages. Most of the homes have patios, but there are occasional screened porches and decks. About half the homes have fenced yards.
