New Topsail Beach

New Topsail Beach is an established waterfront community at the heart of Topsail Beach, NC. It constitutes roughly a third of Topsail Beach on the main island. Within its boundaries is the Topsail Beach Town Center Park, which has a half basketball court, playground, two pickleball courts, picnic area, and an events field. It's also just minutes from area shopping and dining.

The community stretches from Banks Channel to the Atlantic Ocean making 4 rows of houses. Many of the homes built along Banks Channel have private piers and docks. Those facing the Atlantic Ocean have direct beach access. The properties in-between have the pleasure of being just steps away from the ocean. Thanks to well-thought placement, many also have water views.

Construction on homes in New Topsail Beach began back in the 1940s and continued onward into the 2000s. Thanks to this long stretch of time, the homes come in a wide variety of styles and floor plans. Most are on pilings with multiple levels of living space and partial or fully enclosed ground floors.
