Old Settlers Beach is a large beach community on Topsail Island in Surf City, NC. It was developed to include multiple canals that lead out to Banks Channel, so many of the homes have docks and waterfront property. The community also stretches right to the ocean, so there are homes with private beach accesses. For everyone between, the beach is steps away and accessible through public accesses.
