Del Mar Beach is an established community on Topsail Island in the small town of Surf City, NC. This community is located at the heart of the island, minutes from the bridge into town. Homes have been built here as far back as the late 1950s, but many have been updated since then and look absolutely gorgeous inside. The homes are built on pilings, with and without enclosed garages, as well as additional storage and living space on the ground floor. Residents can enjoy fresh seafood with views of the water, grab ice cream and take a stroll along the beach, or pick up gear needed for enjoying the latest swells. The neighborhood is also 8 minutes from the expanding commercial area on Hwy 50.

The homes in Del Mar Beach work great as primary residences and vacation rentals. Some have rental histories, which are provided upon request when the home is listed for sale. They're also located in the award-winning Topsail School District.
