Escoba Bay

Escoba Bay is an equestrian and water access community off Clay Hill Road in the town of Sneads Ferry, NC. This unique community is perfect for home buyers who want a waterfront property or access to a boat ramp and day dock while keeping their horses close to home. There are community stables and a pasture for the horses, as well as boat and trailer storage so owners can keep their yards and driveways clear. The community also features a playground and swimming pool that's perfect for hot summer days.

Construction of houses in Escoba Bay began in the 1980s and continued into the 2010s.
